Our industry specific experience includes: Utilities, Power Generation, Oil and Gas, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Hotel and Gaming.  Having worked almost exclusively with Maximo for two decades, we have a very broad and in-depth knowledge of Maximo.  Some of our particular areas of expertise include:  Work Management, Supply Chain, System Integration, Application Configuration, Workflow, Data Migration, and Report Development.

We provide services that improve the following: Maintenance Efficiency, Equipment Reliability, and Cost Reduction and Tracking.  We do this through successful Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system implementations and enhancements.

We have built our EAM practice primarily around IBM’s Maximo software suite.  As a IBM Accredited Business Partner, Brass Tacks Consulting has completed many successful implementations and upgrades of Maximo since version 3.  Brass Tacks Consulting has attracted some of the best Maximo consultants on the market.  Our consultants are senior level individuals who have intimate knowledge and experience with Maximo.
